Terms & Conditions of Service

This document is a legally binding agreement between you and Philslots (philslots.org.ph). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any feature of this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to every clause stated here. If you do not agree, do not use this service.

01 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Philslots operates under a license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Access to this platform is restricted to individuals who meet all eligibility criteria set out below. Registration constitutes your declaration that you qualify.

Minimum Age: 21 years old. Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations prohibit gambling participation by anyone under 21. Accounts found to belong to underage individuals will be permanently closed and all funds forfeited without appeal.

Minimum Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play. This applies to all users regardless of nationality. Age verification may be requested at any point during your account lifetime.

Jurisdictional Legality

Online gambling may be restricted or prohibited in your country or region. You are solely responsible for determining whether accessing Philslots is legal under the laws of your jurisdiction before registering.

Personal Risk Responsibility

You accept full personal responsibility for any legal consequences arising from your use of this platform in jurisdictions where online gambling is restricted. Philslots bears no liability for violations of local law by its users.

Excluded Persons

Employees of Philslots, its affiliates, software providers, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any promotional offers.

02 Registration & Account Security

Each player is permitted exactly one account. Philslots actively monitors registration patterns across IP addresses, devices, and identity documents. Attempting to circumvent this policy is treated as fraud.

One Account Policy: One account per person, per IP address, per household. Duplicate accounts — regardless of the reason — will be suspended and any pending balances frozen pending investigation.

Strictly one account per person, IP address, device, and verified identity. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times is classified as fraud and results in permanent banning.

Accurate Personal Information (KYC)

All registration details must be truthful and match your government-issued ID. KYC verification is required before processing withdrawals above the standard threshold. False information results in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Password & Login Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Philslots will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. Any unauthorized access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials is your liability.

Fraud & Clone Account Detection

Accounts flagged for suspicious activity — including clone accounts, identity spoofing, or coordinated multi-account bonus farming — are subject to immediate suspension, full investigation, and permanent closure without prior notice.

03 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on Philslots are processed through verified payment channels. The name on your payment method must exactly match the name on your registered account. Mismatches result in automatic rejection of the transaction.

Name Matching Policy: The account name on your GCash, Maya, bank account, or USDT wallet must be 100% identical to the full name on your Philslots account. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal Processing Times

Standard withdrawals process within 1–24 hours depending on the method. Delays beyond 24 hours are rare and typically caused by pending KYC verification or bank processing queues. Contact support if your withdrawal exceeds 24 hours.

AML Compliance

Philslots complies with Anti-Money Laundering regulations. Large or unusual transactions may trigger additional verification requirements. Funds deposited must be wagered at least once before withdrawal to satisfy AML obligations.

04 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses and promotional credits are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable funds. Claiming a bonus constitutes acceptance of the specific terms attached to that promotion.

Wagering / Turnover Requirements

Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The specific turnover multiplier (e.g., 20x) is stated on each individual promotion page. Withdrawing before meeting the requirement forfeits the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Bonus Expiry

Promotional credits and bonus balances carry an expiry period, typically 7–30 days from the date of issue depending on the promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

Bonus Abuse Policy

Exploiting promotional offers through coordinated multi-account claiming, arbitrage betting, or any method designed to extract value without genuine play is classified as bonus abuse. Detected accounts are suspended and bonus balances voided.

Promo Code Validity

Promotional codes are single-use per account unless stated otherwise. Codes shared publicly or obtained through unauthorized third-party channels may be invalidated without notice. Only codes sourced directly from philslots.org.ph are guaranteed valid.

Hedging / Counter-Betting: Placing opposing bets across multiple accounts or in coordination with other players to guarantee a profit from bonus funds is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to low-risk roulette strategies, baccarat tie-betting, and matched betting using promotional credits.

05 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly forbidden on Philslots. Violations are detected through automated monitoring systems and manual review. Confirmed violations result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.

Hacking Tools & Automation Software

Using bots, auto-clickers, scripts, or any software that automates gameplay, manipulates game outcomes, or interferes with platform systems is prohibited. This includes browser extensions that modify game behavior.

Collusion & Group Betting Schemes

Coordinating with other players to share information, signal game states, or place bets in a way that gives an unfair collective advantage is collusion. This applies to live dealer games, poker, and any real-time multiplayer format.

Identity Fraud & Impersonation

Registering under a false name, using another person’s identity documents, or impersonating another player or Philslots staff member is a criminal offense and will be reported to law enforcement.

Money Laundering

Using Philslots to deposit, cycle, and withdraw funds for the purpose of concealing their origin is money laundering. All suspicious financial activity is reported to AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) as required by Philippine law.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or e-wallet provider after depositing funds constitutes fraud. Accounts with active chargebacks are immediately suspended and the disputed amount is deducted from any remaining balance.

Abusive Behavior Toward Staff

Threatening, harassing, or using abusive language toward Philslots support agents — via live chat, email, or any other channel — results in immediate account suspension. Zero tolerance applies.

Consequences of Prohibited Conduct

Immediate account suspension without prior notice, pending full investigation.

Forfeiture of all bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activity.

Permanent ban from all Philslots platforms and affiliated services.

Reporting to PAGCOR, AMLC, and law enforcement where applicable.

06 Acceptance & Amendments

Philslots reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication at philslots.org.ph/terms-and-conditions/. Continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
